UI/UX Design

Our UI/UX design service starts by mapping user flows and ends with a design system and development-ready Figma files. We run design not as a separate discipline but as two stages of the same team.

Problems we see

  • Designs that look good but cannot be built, and get redrawn during development.
  • Without a design system, every new screen looks slightly different and the product drifts over time.
  • When screens are designed before flows are mapped, the user's most frequent task can end up being the hardest one.

Our approach

  • We design flows, not screens. How many steps it takes to reach the goal comes before how the screen looks.
  • The design system is built alongside the first screens; colour, typography, spacing and component rules are defined upfront.
  • Designs are reviewed with the team that will build them. Feasibility is verified during design.
  • Accessibility is not something to fix later; contrast ratios and focus states are part of the design.

Process

  1. 01

    Research

User goals, current product and competitor review. Output: a user flow map.

  2. 02

    Information architecture

Relationships between screens and the navigation structure.

  3. 03

    Wireframes

Layout and flow validated without visual detail.

  4. 04

    Interface design

Design system and all screens, built component-first for reuse.

  5. 05

    Prototype and handover

Clickable prototype and development-ready Figma files delivered.

What you get

  • User flow map
  • Wireframes and information architecture
  • Design system: colour, typography, spacing, components
  • Figma files for all screens
  • Clickable prototype

Frequently asked questions

Can we hire you for design only?

Yes. If you already have a development team, we can work on UI/UX design alone. Delivery is development-ready Figma files, a design system and a clickable prototype, plus a handover session with your engineers.

Why is a design system necessary?

A design system defines colour, typography, spacing and component rules in one place. Without it, every new screen looks slightly different and the product drifts. It also speeds up development, because the same component is not rebuilt repeatedly.

Do you conduct user research?

It depends on scope. For products with existing users we work from usage data and interviews. For new products we run competitor reviews, list assumptions and test them against a prototype.
