Emre Serekioğlu
Emre Serekioğlu is a co-founder of Atekian. He works across every layer of a product, from the interface down to the database, with a center of gravity in enterprise web applications and the data models behind them.
On the React and TypeScript side he works on component architecture, state management and accessibility; on the Node.js and PostgreSQL side, on schema design, role-based authorization and query performance. Having the same person see both ends catches the mismatches between how the interface wants data and how the database stores it, while they are still cheap to fix.
He argues that the most common failure in enterprise projects is not technology but processes that were never translated properly into software — which is why he spends serious time mapping the existing process during discovery, before any code is written.
