Kağan Giray Eroğlu
Kağan Giray Eroğlu is a co-founder of Atekian and leads product design. His responsibility is designing not only how a product looks, but in which order the user makes which decision.
The work starts by mapping user flows: which screen answers which question, and which step is unnecessary. A design system follows — once color, typography and component rules are written down, keeping the product consistent as it grows no longer depends on a developer's memory.
Deliverables are prepared to be development-ready: component-based Figma files, state variants (empty, loading, error) and a clickable prototype. Without those three, a gap in interpretation always opens between design and engineering.
Areas of responsibility
- User flows and information architecture
- Design systems: color, typography, component and state rules
- Carrying brand identity onto digital surfaces
- Development-ready delivery: Figma components, variants, clickable prototype
How he works
- Designs ship with their empty and error states; drawing only the ideal case is half the job.
- Component rules are written down — consistency is not left to anyone's memory.
- Aesthetic preference and usability decisions are kept separate, and never argued as if they were the same thing.
